Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the purchase, without providing any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquire physical possession of the order.

How to initiate a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply inform us of your decision. You can do this by contacting us at consumer.shopify@craniocreations.com or by submitting a request directly through your personal page on our website.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior communication will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If we provide you with a prepaid shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Item conditions and diminished value

You have the right to handle the item to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

However, you will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is strictly necessary. Specifically for board games, removing the outer shrink wrap is permitted, but opening sealed internal components (e.g., card decks, blind bags), punching out tokens, or damaging the box and manuals may result in a decrease in the refundable value, which will be assessed during inspection.

Refunds

If you decide to withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be processed without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Legal Guarantee (Defects, damages, or incorrect items)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive a different product than what you ordered, contact us immediately at consumer.shopify@craniocreations.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible; in these cases, the shipping costs for the replacement or return will be entirely at our expense, in accordance with the Legal Guarantee of Conformity.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Computer software, audio/video products, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (if unsealed after delivery).
• Gift cards.
