When we created the Legendary Box, we designed it to be the ultimate Barrage experience: everything a fan could want in a single package.
Over the years, we’ve received an incredible number of suggestions, rules, ideas for Companies, buildings, and variations for Barrage from you, as well as your strategies and tips for improving and optimizing every single move, transforming this game into the phenomenon it is today.
This made us realize one thing: the Legendary Box has room for one more addition. Not just physical space, but creative space to evolve the game one last time.
Barrage is now yours. Thousands of players have explored, analyzed, discussed, and loved this game. You have embodied its core themes: bold engineering, strategic vision, and pushing the limits.
This challenge allows you to become part of Barrage’s history. We want you, too, to leave your mark on this game, to mark the culmination of this incredible journey.
THE CHALLENGE
Design an original Executive Officer (XO) for Barrage.
We’re looking for creative, balanced, and thematic designs that enrich the game.
Whether you have a bold Visionary Engineer or a cunning Resource Manipulator in mind, show us your hydroelectric power master.
We need more than just interesting mechanics (though those are important).
We want XOs that tell stories, open up new strategic paths, and make players think, “I never thought of playing Barrage this way.”
WHY PARTICIPATE
Your Executive Officer could be published as an exclusive product with full credit for your work. If selected, you’ll collaborate directly with Simone Luciani and Tommaso Battista to develop and refine your project.
